Physical Health

QUEEN’S IS DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF STAFF THROUGH A RANGE OF SUPPORTIVE RESOURCES AND INITIATIVES.

Whatever your age, there's strong scientific evidence that being physically active can help you lead a healthier and happier life.

People who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing many long-term or chronic conditions, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke and some cancers.

Queen's provides a variety of healthy lifestyle initiatives and resources to support our staff, including on-site fitness facilities, health screenings and menopause support.

You can stay updated with the latest events and sessions through the Wellbeing Calendar. Booking details and event updates are also included in the weekly Staff Round Up newsletter.
