Connected Leaders

We will create excellent development and progression opportunities so that employees can take ownership of their own career and personal development

Queen's is committed to developing leadership capability at all levels. To enable this, our Leadership and Management Framework underpins our leadership development opportunities, including the Connected Leaders suite of programmes.

The Connected leaders suite of programmes reflects our leadership levels 1 – 4.

They are separate, unrelated programmes targeted at staff at each of the levels. Rather than grade, our leadership levels focus on the reach of the work, and the scope of leadership responsibility and sphere of influence associated with the role.

  • Connected leaders 1 - for leaders at level 1 of the leadership and management framework. 
  • Connected leaders 2 - for leaders at level 2 of the leadership and management framework. 
  • Connected leaders 3 - for leaders at level 3 of the leadership and management framework.
