Even if you have told us you have a disability or long-term condition, you’ll need to complete our short online form.

You will be asked some short questions about your condition(s), so that we can start preparing the most appropriate support for you.

Complete your online form here

Please note: Students who are returning to study a postgraduate course and who were previously engaging with Queen’s University Accessible Learning Support need to re-do the online form as support does not automatically roll over to a new course. Please contact us at accessiblelearning@qub.ac.uk prior to completing a new online form to begin the process.

Supporting Documentation Guidance

When you’re completing our 'Get Started' online form, we encourage you to upload supporting documentation that tells us about your disability or health condition.

This helps us understand your needs and identify custom-made reasonable adjustments, it's also required for possible funded support. However, if you don't have the documentation to hand currently, it isn't a barrier to receiving support.

If you have already completed the 'Get Started' online form, but have additional supporting documentation, please upload it via the Additional supporting documentation link.
