- My timetable is incorrect / there is a module missing.
If the exam timetable publication deadline has passed and you:
- are expecting to see a timetable and aren't able to; or,
- are missing a module from your timetable that you are expecting to see,
You should log in and log a service request through My Portal (SAP) and a member of the exams team will respond to your query as soon as possible. Please indicate the module you are expecting to see when logging your request.
- What do I need to bring to my exam?
You must bring the following with you to your exam:
- Printed copy of your Exam Timetable from Queen's Online - this includes necessary information like your seat number and anonymous code
- Your Student Card for identification purposes*
- Any stationary you may need (pens, pencils, approved calculators) in a clear bag/pencil case
*If you have lost your student card, you can purchase a replacement for £10 from the One Elmwood Student Information Point (Level 1) or you can bring your Drivers Licence or Passport.
You may also chose to bring a bottle of water in a clear or re-usabale bottle, but you should leave any expensive electronic devices at home (e.g. earbuds, smart watches, iPads are not permitted in Examination venues)

Your Anonymous code will appear on your timetable on Queens Online.
You can also find it through QSIS:

If you are registered with Accessible Learning Support by 10 March, you should see Green Room status on your exam timetable when it is published. An email will be sent to you with details of your venue prior to each exam.

What if I am unwell or affected by exceptional circumstances on the day of my exam?
If you are unable to sit your exam due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. bereavement, hospitalisation) you should notify your school office, who can advise you on the Exceptional Circumstances Procedure.
If you are unwell on the day of your exam, you should consult the Assessment Support Hub for further information on the University's Fit to Sit Policy and the process for Adjustments and Mitigations.
