Jacqui Maxwell is an Outreach Assistant who co-ordinates and oversees the Reading Together, Numeracy Together, and Steps to Success programmes. She works closely with external care experience networks and foster carers to provide tailored support for those participating in these initiatives. Through her role, Jacqui helps ensure that Care Experienced participants receive the resources and guidance necessary to thrive on the programmes.
