In the latest of our career exploration interviews, we are delighted to be joined by Professor Su Taylor, Professor of Structural Engineering and Head of the Intelligent and Sustainable Infrastructure Group at Queen's.  Su will discuss her career journey from Research Assistant, studying for her PhD, to becoming a Research Engineer.  You will get an opportunity to ask Su questions and get some valuable advice.

ALL WELCOME! This event is primarily targeted at postdocs and research staff, but is open to anyone who is interested in attending, including individuals of all career stages and roles affiliated to any university or without university affiliation.

In this event Professor Su Taylor will be interviewed by Jill Wright, Research Careers and Employability Officer in the Postdoctoral Development Centre at Queen's University Belfast. Jill will ask some prepared questions but also relay questions shared by the audience in the event chat.

PROFESSOR SU TAYLOR

Su is a Professor of Structural Engineering and Head of the Intelligent and Sustainable Infrastructure Group at Queen's University Belfast.  She began in Queen's in 1995 as a Research Assistant, studying for her PhD and later became a Research Engineer in the Construction Division of the Northern Ireland Technology Centre.
