Master Your Leadership is a skills development programme that is targeted at Postgraduate Taught students and supports the University’s Postgraduate Strategic priorities of leadership, innovation and excellence, enrichment and employability.  The programme uses an active learning pedagogy and combines disciplinary excellence, transdisciplinary intellectual engagement, and high-level employer partnership; combined to support our students to develop themselves as “Future Leaders”. 
During the programme you will work on a real-life challenge that gives you the opportunity to develop and put into practice your new skills. All students will also be provided with a leadership skills diagnostic to aid their personal development.
