The Seamus Heaney Centre at Queen’s University Belfast in association with Trinity College Dublin will host a three-day conference on 5-7 June 2025 to commemorate Seamus Heaney’s poetry collection North, fifty years after its publication in 1975.

The conference will run from Thu 5 – Sat 7 Jun 2025 and we hope that delegates will register to attend for all three days. To remove barriers to access, attendance and all essential materials are free but registration is essential.
All events will take place at the Seamus Heaney Centre at Queen's, 38-40 University Road, Belfast (unless otherwise stated).
