Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing, boosting your physical and mental wellbeing at the same time.

Led by a qualified instructor, this class is your opportunity to dedicate time to your personal wellbeing, which can help break cycles of stress and anxiety which may arise during your PhD or Masters.

There’s no previous ability required – everyone is welcome. Yoga mats provided.
