Christopher Haworth is a musicologist and composer with interests in the intellectual history of electronic music. In 2023, Superpang released a collection of his works and research into psychoacoustics in composition, entitled Auditory Distortion Synthesis. His is the co-editor of Music and Cybernetics in Historical Perspective (Resonance: Journal of Sound and Culture) and of Radical Education in Electronic Music (Organised Sound, forthcoming). Christopher is currently finishing his first monograph, Echoes of the Future: The CCRU and the Rise of Sound Art Theory for Oxford University Press.
