Improv is the art of spontaneously performing comedy and theatre without a script. Works in Progress was conceived as an antidote to writer’s block, a space in which anyone can have fun making up characters, scenes and stories in an encouraging environment.
This session runs in Seminar Room 1 & 2 (on the first floor) at the Seamus Heaney Centre from 4-6pm. It's a mixture of short form games (think Whose Line Is It Anyway) and long form montage performances. No performance experience is required, and there is no pressure to perform; you are welcome just to watch.
