Dr Dounavi is a Senior Lecturer in Behaviour Analysis and Autism in the School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work.
Dr Dounavi is an active researcher in the fields of applied behaviour analysis, autism spectrum disorders, evidence-based inclusive education, values-driven professional training, telehealth and parental training. As a clinician, she has extensive experience working with families and professionals across Europe, including leading ABA educational providers, supervising home-based programmes, overseeing inclusion in schools and supported employment settings and supervising professionals seeking certification.
