About Us
The Strategy Directorate is made up of three workstreams: Strategic Planning and Reporting, Programame Management and Performance & Business Intelligence. Together, the Directorate delivers essential strategic oversight to that enables data-driven decision-making and institutional accountability while driving strategic delivery and reporting.
This work enables the delivery of the ambitious aims and objectives of Strategy 2030 that are organised under the four strategic pillars and underpinned by the enablers that represent Operational Excellence.
What we do
The Team will engage collaboratively with colleagues across the University on the following initiatives:
- Strategic Planning and Reporting: Manage Queen's strategic planning cycle and ensure performance is tracked and reported consistently.
- Strategic Programme Management : To ensure effective delivery of strategic programmes and projects aligned with Queen's goals and Strategy 2030
- Strategic Performance and Business Intelligence: To transform Queen's data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements
MEET THE TEAM
The team are based on Elmwood Avenue in the Teaching and Learning building.

Sarah has responsibility for strategic oversight and co-ordination across the University to enable informed, transparent and collaborative planning and delivery in support of our strategic ambitions.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND REPORTING
The team manages Queen's strategic planning cycle and ensure performance is tracked and reported consistently.
STRATEGIC PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
The team will support and ensure effective delivery of strategic programmes and projects aligned with Queen's goals and Strategy 2030.
STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
The team will help transform Queen's data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
