Led by qualified instructor Gill Henderson, this class is your opportunity to dedicate time to your personal wellbeing, while removing the pressure of having to do it alone.
Practices like yoga can help break cycles of stress and anxiety which may arise during your PhD or Masters.
Everyone is welcome – regardless of whether you are a beginner or have previous experience doing yoga.
