The Self-Assessment Team (SAT) is composed of School staff and students from a diverse range of professional and personal backgrounds, including career stage, job role, cultural background, those with caring responsibilities etc., and who are broadly representative of the wider School community.

Paul is a Lecturer in Physical Chemistry within the School, and in addition to his research and teaching activities, is heavily involved in a range of other School projects and initiatives such as outreach and widening participation, and co-chairing the School's Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team.

Self-Assessment Team Co-Chair (Professional Support)
As the School's Research Adminstrator, Amber is responsible for the administration of research activities, including management of postgraduate research students, and provision of academic support in a range of key areas. Amber also contributes in a significant manner to a range of other School activities and initiatives, including acting as a Co-Chair of the School's Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team.
