My research focuses on improving treatment outcomes for women with ovarian cancer through functional precision pharmacology. We study drug behaviour across 2D, 3D, and immune cell co-culture models to evaluate systems-level responses to treatment. In parallel, we are developing high-throughput drug screening assays using patient-derived samples to assess tumour sensitivity to standard and repurposed agents, including identification of novel combination therapies. This work aims to drive innovation in guiding therapy selection in ovarian cancer.
