Submit Digital Signage

The digital signage system in the Computer Science Building is designed to provide a dynamic and effective communication platform for students and staff. It ensures important announcements, events, and opportunities are easily accessible to enhance engagement within the academic community. There are 10 screens throughout all three floors of the Computer Science Building.

All video/graphic submissions must be:

• Appropriate for the university environment
• In a 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape)
• At least 1920x1080 pixel resolution
• In an image format (JPG, PNG, etc)
• Of good quality, with attention to accessibility and legibility.
• Include a call to action (link, email, QR code etc)
• Brand compliant, if using the QUB brand.

Files that do not meet these requirements will be deleted without uploading.
