Anastasia is an interdisciplinary researcher working across the boundaries of HRM and organisational behaviour. Her research and teaching expertise relates to human resource development, employee creativity, talent management, future of work and non-standard employment, tourism and hospitality research. She is interested in new research and practitioner collaborations.
