Biography
Zivile is an economist at the Central Bank of Ireland in the Monetary Policy Division. She completed her PhD in Economics in 2017 at the University of Glasgow. Prior to joining the Central Bank, she worked at the European Central Bank.
Zivile has completed research on monetary policy effects, inflation and inflation expectations, consumption and wage growth, and published her research in peer-reviewed journals. Her most recent work focuses on economic expectations of consumers and their implications for monetary policy.
As part of her job, Zivile has also contributed to the formulation of euro area monetary policy, including her involvement in the Monetary Policy Strategy Review of the European Central Bank.
