Responsibilities

Sonia O’Hare serves as School Manager at Queen’s Business School, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the School’s professional services team. She advises the Dean, the Senior Leadership Team, and University Committees on matters of governance, planning, and resource allocation. Sonia plays a pivotal role in the formulation and implementation of the School’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and the delivery of key performance targets.

She is also a member of the Chartered Association of Business Schools (Chartered ABS) Professional Managers’ Committee, a national forum comprising senior professional leaders from business schools across the UK.
