Nowman is a dedicated and passionate professional with a background in Health Physiology, having completed his bachelor’s degree at Ulster University.
Building on this foundation, Nowman pursued a Master's in Public Health at Queen's University Belfast, delving into crucial aspects such as determinants of health, health systems, systems thinking, advanced quantitative methodology, statistics, and health protection. This enriched academic experience has further fuelled his passion for improving global health services.
Currently, he is embarking on a transformative journey as a PhD candidate at the University of Liverpool, where his research focuses on exploring how urban green and blue spaces impact the mental health of young people.
His overarching goal is to leverage the power of available data to bring about positive change in people's lives. Through his dedication to research and a commitment to harnessing the potential of data-driven insights, he aims to contribute to a world where individuals can lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
