This is an absolutely enormous accomplishment, and is the culmination of the tireless and dedicated work of so many of our staff in the school over the past five years working towards building an environment in which people of all genders are treated equally and fairly, in which people feel welcomed and comfortable, and in which gender issues are visible and represented in both our interactions with each other, and in the curriculum that we provide to our students.

While this recognition marks a significant milestone, it is not an endpoint but part of an ongoing, collective commitment to deepening equality, inclusion and positive cultural change across the School.
