Bahareh is interested in information technologies and how their impacts on people and organizations can be optimized. Examples of her work include artificial intelligence and how it can impact the future of work and education, algorithmic management and the mechanisms through which organizations can minimize their risk for employees, and public health data dashboards and how their usability and usefulness can be improved for non-technical audiences.
Niall conducts research into work and employment relations. He teaches his research specialism at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Denise's research relates broadly to employment relations, with specific interests in conflict management, partnering and collaboration, and diversity and inclusion. Her work often considers the context of the non-profit sector and social care. Denise has taught human resource management, employee relations, and change management to both undergraduates and postgraduates.

Sajia is a human resource management expert. Her research explores workplace inequality issues, especially how the intersections between gender, age, class and race/ethnicity play out within work and employment contexts. Sajia currently teaches human resource management at postgraduate level.

Juliet’s professional background is as an occupational health psychologist. Her research examines the design and development of psychologically safe and healthy workplaces through working systems, management and leadership practices, and organisational policies. She has expertise in the impact, management, and prevention of work-related stress through prevention-orientated strategies.
Gráinne’s research interests lie at the intersection between entrepreneurship and organisations, gender, and technology. She is particularly interested in understanding the lived experiences of women in digital entrepreneurship and organisations. Gráinne teaches people management and talent management.
Anastasia is an interdisciplinary researcher working across the boundaries of HRM and organisational behaviour. Her research and teaching expertise relates to human resource development, employee creativity, talent management, future of work and non-standard employment, tourism and hospitality research. She is interested in new research and practitioner collaborations.
Piotr specialises in organisational behaviour, theory building and strategy. His expertise also covers the philosophy of action and the philosophy of science. He is especially interested in conceptual, theoretical and methodological challenges in the management field. His teaching expertise embraces topics in organisational behaviour, business process management, and philosophy and ethics.
Ashish has extensive expertise in the area of strategic human resource management (HRM) and development. Ashish's teaching and research reflects this domain and Ashish has a specialist interest in HR, People and Technology in knowledge-intensive service firms examining the multi-level performative aspects of HRM.
Conor’s research interests relate to trade union organisation and the social wage. He looks at the dynamics of postcolonial political economy and investment, with particular regard to work, income, community and policy. He is currently working on an ESRC-funded project into employment conditions in online retail warehouses based in the UK.

Julie is a practice-oriented academic, with extensive experience in management consulting in London, Dublin and Hong Kong. She is interested in practice-led research and knowledge transfer partnerships. Particular themes of interest are business transformations, operational innovation, data-driven decision making, and customer experience strategies. She teaches management consulting and leadership at both undergraduate and executive level.

Stuart's academic interests focus on how individuals navigate shared working environments. His research interests include how workers interpret their position within the organisations they work for, as well as in broader society. In his teaching, Stuart is committed to creating and promoting a participatory and inclusive student learning environment.
Sara's research concentrates on healthcare management and the use of new technologies in healthcare and in other sectors. Sara currently teaches strategy and human capital development at postgraduate level.

An overarching theme guiding Wojdan's research is the need to avoid perpetuating mainstream views in extant research that further subjugate already-marginalised communities. This has compelled the utilisation of epistemic injustice and intersectionality in her research on entrepreneurship and organisations. Her teaching portfolio encompasses organisational behaviour, HRM and organisation theory.

Ruth’s main research interests broadly relate to work and employment, with a specific focus on identities, legitimacy and institutional change. Her teaching experience is in the field of human resource management.

Shuang's research is at the intersection of sustainability, human resource management and leadership. She takes a multi-level multi-stakeholder approach in investigating how to transform organisations towards sustainability. She undertakes qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research. She has taught her research fields to both undergraduates and postgraduates, and as part of executive education programmes.

Heike is a human resource management scholar and her research focuses on career transitions and trajectories of older workers and women in Europe and Asia. She explores the effect of external shocks such as Covid-19, in addition to public policy, organisational HRM, and individual-level factors on employment careers. Heike teaches international HRM, and business, government and society.
Laura's research interests lie at the intersection between business ethics, social responsibility, sustainability, and technology. She is particularly interested in how these areas relate to artificial intelligence and data analytics. Laura delivers a range of teaching on artificial intelligence in business and society, business governance and ethics, contemporary issues in management, and public sector management.
