The NICRF @ iREACH Health team recently came together for a vibrant and forward-looking Away Day at Riddel Hall, marking a key moment in our journey toward shaping the future of clinical research within iREACH Health.

This energising event brought together colleagues from across the organisation for a day filled with strategic insight, creative collaboration, and team-building activities designed to strengthen our shared purpose and drive innovation.

A key theme throughout the day was the team’s future transition to iREACH Health in 2027. The Away Day provided a valuable opportunity to contribute to early planning and alignment efforts, ensuring that our evolving ways of working are well-positioned to support the move and reflect the long-term vision of iREACH Health.

The inclusive design sessions, in particular, highlighted the importance of patient and public involvement in shaping research that truly reflects community needs.
