Visual Update: iREACH Health Site Clearance

We’re pleased to share a fresh visual update on the progress of iREACH Health. This short montage, filmed between Autumn 2024 and Summer 2025, captures the site being cleared in preparation for construction. The GoPro footage was captured from the U floor of City Hospital, currently home to the NICRF until its future move into iREACH Health.

The footage has been combined with aerial drone footage of the cleared site captured by Graham construction.

At around the 6-second mark, viewers may notice a change in the scaffolding on the right-hand side of the building. This was replaced following damage caused by the powerful 114 mph winds of Storm Éowyn.

Regular commuters along the Lisburn Road will have seen even more progress since the footage was captured. Towering cranes now shape the South Belfast skyline, and the first signs of vertical construction; lift shafts have begun to rise.

We look forward to sharing further visual updates as this landmark development continues to take shape.
